Convenience, location, cost and previous experience...IS WHY WE CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE!! The leasing team is friendly and knowledgeable and maintenance is prompt!

These apartments are great for the location and price. I am literally one block from the galleria (I can walk there if I wanted). The complex itself is old in age but my neighbors are great and it's quiet. The front office are very nice and helpful, especially Maria. Maintenance is on top of their game here. Both of my window blinds were replaced when I discovered the previous tenant had a dog that tore up the blinds. Overall I am satisfied with this location and would recommend it to anyone.

Leasing office staff are very helpful and kind. Prompt response to maintenance request is very well appreciated.
